Calling all Seattle area T4 owners

I'm sure many of you have met before. But I'm kinda new here and it seems that there is an incredible wealth of Tercel knowledge and talent particularly in Washington. I would like to call everyone together for a picnic or BBQ and match up some cars to faces. Everytime is see a Tercel driving around I wonder if it is someone from our forum. I know there are a few guys in Bellingham. Xirdneh is in the Bremerton area, Petros is around somewhere and I am in West Seattle. It would be nice to meet at a park that has a nice parking lot that we could gather in that is central for whoever is interested in coming. Let's start by replying to this thread if you are interested in attending and posting the general area where you live. I'll try to pick a place that might work for everyone and a time that isn't too inconvienent.

I would be happy to attend if I can make it. I have a really busy schedule, if not too far I will try and make it.

We have met at my place before for a BBQ, I am about an hour north of Seattle. There is a nice large park with a shelter, a view of Puget sound and lots of parking in Everett. Legion park, 144 Alverson Blvd, Everett, WA 98201.

'84 Tercel 4wd (daily driver, with on going mods)
'92 Mazda MPV 4wd (wife's daily driver)
'85 Tercel 4wd DLX auto(daughter's daily driver)
'01 Honda Civic (other daughter's daily driver)

Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.

I was thinking maybe late September when the weather was still nice. How does Sunday September 25th in the afternoon for everyone? Legion park sounds good.

The sooner you can nail down the time and date, the better for those of us who need to plan around other activities. Sept. 25th is a Seahawks home game against the 49ers at 1:05pm.

that is so far in the future I have no idea what I will be doing than. I will keep it on the calander.

Alright that is sounding positive. So that is Saturday September 24th at Legion park, 144 Alverson Blvd, Everett, WA 98201 let's plan on meeting there around 3:00.

looks like the weather forcast for that day is partly sunny, but it is still too far in the future for an accurate forecast.
