Another New CV Axle Brand?

Post by ARCHINSTL »

I recently got a Sale flyer from Advance Auto parts, covering assorted items. One that caught my eye was for new CV axles, under the brand name of "ToughOne," for $70 each.
Possibly this is another name (perhaps Advance's?) for GSP - dunno for sure. I know Advance used to advertise GSP.

my new CV axles arrived today

they have "GSP" stamped in the stainless steel tie straps that secure the rubber boots, so it would seem that these are the high-quality GSP's being re-branded as "ToughOne"

My two axles arrived thursday- one was actually in a GSP box, the other was in a Tough One box, but as you said, the boot clamp had GSP on it.
if it aint there, there's a good chance it won't break!
