There was a Gen1 Tercel on ebay a couple of years ago with even lower miles than that, in Canada. It was an automatic, properly stored indoors, and it would normally have given me fits. However, the same seller had a 2 door Corolla, a 78, I think, with 15k miles. It was silver, and original down to the tires. Neither car was bid over $1500, so the reserves weren't met. I emailed the seller about the Corolla a few times, but we never got anywhere on a price.

When I was in the vintage guitar business, I couldn't drive down a street without wondering which attic in whatever town I was in had a 58 flametop Les Paul or a 57 Stratocaster in it. Now I wonder where I can find a perfect Tercel wagon.
