2 Tercel’s

Post by PNWtercel »

Selling two 1985 Tercel wagons 4wd

Gold one is recently broke down on me on my way home everything shut off and quite running will try to start but won’t (currently looking into it) body is in good shape driver side front fender has a dent interior is in good condition will also need a cv axle replaced approximately 235000 miles

The white one overall condition is not as good as the gold one it does run and drive strong to shift into first gear on this car you have to be moving very slow not sure why it’s always been that way has 15 inch rims with good tires approximately 250000 miles

Asking 1200.

PNWTercel,

I'm too far away to even be tempted, but I was wondering if you could take a few more pics and give me some info on the roof basket. It looks like it lands on typical roof racks and is a good looking basket, I assume it clamps to the roof racks?

I assume the 15" tires rub some when tight turning? I'm running some taller 14's and they make contact when I turn to tight.

Hi yeah I will get some more picture it is just a standard roof rack the I set in with the cars original one and attached it to the crossbars

I really wanted it to sit as low to the roof as possible so this method worked well for me

As far as running the 15 inch rims I actually don’t have any rubbing at all unless I go fast over a big bump

No rubbing on sharp turns or going over bumps at a normal speed

Do your 15” rims have some offset? I’m running the MR2 triangle wheels which I love, but I do get a little rub on tight turns. Certainly not enough to be a problem.

I’m not clear on the price...what is the price on the Gold one? Or is it $1200 for both? Thanks...

No problem or rush. A roof rack and “basket” is somewhere behind the back burner.

Right on. I got a new roommate that's falling in love with the T4s too. He's thinking about getting one (or two :).
