Best Tercel in Aus I've seen in years

Post by Mattel »

I think this one was for sale 10years ago in Melbourne and now resides 1000kms away. I've never seen an late model with Grey exterior and black interior in Aus and if I was in the market this would be a great buy. Interesting has the Inclometer which was optional for post '85 models

I bought parts from the previous owner (seller at the time of the above ad) great bloke.

The Terc supposedly had a gearbox issue and died on the way back to Adelaide with the new owner :/ I saw it pop up on Facebook marketplace for very cheap shortly after but was gone almost instantly.

Down here in SA we have a number of these Tercs still going, even our wreckers seem to get them from time to time. Maybe it's our relaxed rego laws requiring no mechanic check every X years.

looks like 1988? it must be gone already, I could not find it in the link. you guys got all the cool stuff, love that steering wheel, inclinometer, better headlights and nice lightweight bumpers.

Hi Press.
I always see a few around Adelaide. 10 years ago in Melbourne there were five of them within a km of me in inner city Fitzroy.. Now no more. I've tried to save a couple but no luck.
That grey one above. I hope someone puts a new gearbox in it. looks like it had been well looked after
