Clutch cables are a very easy repair althought that might be because the australian ones the pedal is on the right hand side of the car

if done carefully, it can be driven home without a clutch cable. OTOH, it would not take much to install one and drive it home. it appears to have washington state plates, but says located in salem. looks like good buy if in decent shape.
