here is the history 1983 Toyota Tercel SR5 4wd Wagon
Summer 2013. Picked up Two-Tone Tercel in Portland, Oregon. Had bad Transmission Input Shaft and Bearing, bad front wheel bearings, bad steering bellows, bad inner tie rods, bad stabilizer bar bushings, bad tail pipe & muffler, bad brakes, bad rear axle bearing, bad pinion seal. Interior needed lots of cleaning.
Fixed Tranny has new input and output seals,
1. Bought for 200+ 100 gas.
2. Bought engine (Late Summer 2013) from guy in South Seattle for 250 + 50 gas, he said it was a good engine with around 160,000 miles on it (his favorite).

if you put it on craig's list, you should list it for about $1000 more ($2600), you will sell it in one day at that price. IT is a fantastic deal for $1600 with all the repairs and new parts on it.

why leave money on the table? go for $2400 at least. if you like the buyer (seems like a guy that would take care of it), and he agrees to sign up for Tercel4wd.com, than give it to him for $2200.
