Noticed all my big pics I've posted are chopped off by almost half after the changeover. To save me trial and error, does anybody know what the biggest image size I can get away with, without losing any of it on the forum?
Thanks

Re: Biggest pic size question
I used 640x480 for pictures that had a lot of detail but need the overview at the same time. For all others I used 320x240 to save download time. Pictures greater than 640x480 require a lot of scrolling.

Re: Biggest pic size question
Remember the IMMENSE photos of the "Big Ben" Tower that our unlamented former member, terceldude, used to post as his signature? They shoved any prose to a narrow column at the right side of the screen. Dunno if this prob still exists with his still-existing posts or if they were rationalized during neu's makeover; when they obfuscate "real" posts of others, I just delete them to rationalize the layout.keith wrote:Pictures greater than 640x480 require a lot of scrolling.
Incidentally, I always use Photobucket, and I think that it automatically resizes my pix (I send it 520x390) - they seem to be OK in the posts.
