who else in canada uses PA tools? I use them all the time. some of their cheaper stuff i have breaks once in awhile, but they have a 100% guaruntee, so its never a problem.

I work at a landfill so I grab all the tools I need (and some I don't) people chuck for scrap. Some are Mastercraft, Craftsman and MAC. It boggles the mind sometimes what people throw out!
I have a friend though who is like you and buys from PA and has never had a problem.

Got my car jack there. Sucker weighs in at 80lbs, and has never let me down. I'd probably shop more there if it wasn't a ferry ride away.

princess auto has claimed the contents of my wallet many... many times. never felt guilty either. haha.
