A local Toyota dealer (Folsom Lake Toyota) was able to source a TVSV for me (NIB!) It could be worth calling around to a local dealer/service shop. It was like three hundred bucks, but it was totally worth it as it got my car to pass SMOG. Also, there's a used one on eBay with a buy it now of sixty...
