I believe the seals have to be installed at a particular depth, otherwise it will still leak.

If I remember correctly, the fan switch is on the lower corner of the radiator. Maybe you left if disconnected?

Are you talking about the tvsv? The little plastic deal with 4 or so vacuum ports on it? If so, i may have one for ya.

I am unsure of the importance of it, but I know there is a thick plastic spacer between the fuel pump and head that aligns the fuel pump arm on the cam lobe properly.
