I live in northwest Missouri, so I assume some would camp/hotel and others would be near home. The more the merrier, though I don’t expect any serious offroading.

Re: Tercel4wd.com Midwest meet/greet??
Here is a link to some of the park roads in state parks in southern MO. The Ava unit is south of Springfield and is probably the closest. The Rolla unit wouldn't be a bad drive either.

Re: Tercel4wd.com Midwest meet/greet??
Hey All, I would like to firm up a Springfield area get together for the third weekend in October (18-20). Unfortunately I don't see much for tent camping, but my family and I will be down in Kimberling City the last weekend of this month and I hope to take a look around. Mark Twain national forest ...

Hey all,
It sounds like a Springfield meet & greet would be best. Surely we can find a back road here or there to take a drive. What weekend in October works best for everyone?

gas in oil and clips for ceiling cover
Good morning all, I have searched some without luck and have two unrelated questions: On the 83' we purchased last winter (it's just been sitting and moved with us), I am quite certain there is fuel in the oil. I would first expect a failed fuel pump to be the problem and second possibly question if...

Re: Rumble After Lift
Able, I used the same MOOG springs with new struts, etc. and have the Pathfinder springs in the rear, with no change to the carrier bearing and no issues. I would speculate you may have a half-shaft that isn't happy with the changes. I've put a little over 8,000 miles on my half-shafts with the lift...

Bailey,
For me, no title is a no go unless I'm strictly buying a parts vehicle (or I want to take to time to try and re-title, not as easy as it used to be here in MO).

Re: Issues with 4AC swap in a 1981 DLX
I simply moved the carb from my old 3a when I purchased and rebuilt the 4a engine (to include the 272 grind cam upgrade from Delta) and the carb does fine.I'm tempted to throw the 3AC carb back on it, but I don't know enough to know if it can handle the 4AC. Should it be capable?

Tom,
What “crank” timing mark are you using besides the harmonic balancer?

Re: sudden dying at stop now and then
Hey all, I can't say I am having that problem, but my car will often times idle 1,000 rpm or more, but when I come off from highway driving and come to a stop, it may idle down to 700-800 and sound like it is going to die. I tried adjusting the low idle setting per the FSM, but it didn't help. Chris

Good afternoon Terry,
I'm no help on the fuses, but your original post was in the "Part Numbers - OE and Aftermarket" section, so that is why you don't see it here. I didn't move it, but can't swear someone else might not have.

So,
After messaging with the Arkansas outfit, they don’t really need volunteers. A person can stay on the tame paths and skip the obstacles, would be fun. It would be great to have a Tercel group. A group build on a team car would be fun in the future.

Tercel4wd.com Midwest meet/greet??
Hey all (particularly Yaut, travelbyota, slimdude85, JDNightFox, krytios and SirFoxx), I would like to help organize a get together this fall, possibly at the Ozark Gambler, but I'm game for just getting together in the Springfield, MO area as well. I'm certainly not interested in gamblin' my daily ...
