Re: Any leads on window glass?
I tried Safelight a month ago and they said there were no windshields in their Nationwide inventory.

Re: Lift, larger tires and fuel economy.
I'm wondering about fuel economy myself. I have a one inch lift. Recently replaced the head gasket, plugs, wires and rotor, fuel and air filters. MPG is about 25... Only thing I can think of is somebody put one of those silly high flow glass pack mufflers on it and I have yet to replace it. Any ideas?

Re: What have you done to your wagon lately?
Head gasket replacement, spark plugs, wires and rotor, drums and brake cylinder, a caliper and front brake hoses, axle and rear transmission gasket, replaced interior and speedometer and undercoating. Lots of love for my 83!

I wonder about down shifting and transmission wear. I blew the MT in my 08 Corolla but that was after years of stop and go newspaper delivery.

Hey Petros. Do you have any idea where I could find a rear transmission seal for an 83 SR5 and a front axle seal?

Re: The Definitive List of Ways to Lift a Tercel 4wd
The only issue was the camber on the front had to go to the max allowable when I had the front end alignment. The mechanic said one the struts are broken in that will reduce it. Other than that they had to knock the bolts out of the strut mount and tack weld in longer ones as jimcrazy said.

Just got the Monroe MA700s and that's a great place to put the air line! Thanks for the suggestion.

Re: Getting a Turtle back in action
I did the spacer and Monroe lift. Making the spacers required a drill bit, hole saw and router table from a friend. I am really happy with it!
