check the linkage for the 4wd shifter
may be wayout of adjustment to cause it to hit

Yeah, I broke it, wondering what it's called.....it's the part that the thermostat fits into, so I can call parts places and know what to ask for.... the part the thermostat fits into is the aluminum "go between" the block and waterpump. the part that fits over the thermostat is alum also...

if its not steel (magnetic) its not part of the engine block.
