Top is new M16157 made in Korea. Middle has about 1000 miles on it and quit working SP1123MP not sure who made it. Bottom is made in USA and made it to about 68,000 miles.

What about getting one of those things that curve and shape sheet metal . I forgot what they are called “something “ wheel. Maybe English wheel?

Could the difference in impellers have an effect on heater core output. The left one produced 160 deg plus at vent.

Something came to mind about this. Could it be something blocking the air that needs to enter tank to replace space taken up by gas as it is being drawn out. Simple test after car dies would be to quickly remove gas cap and listen for air being sucked into tank.

The torque on the rods is different too. One has 12mm nuts and the other 14mm

Twenty years ago i patched the floor with metal and screws and gooped the under side with wet/dry roof patch and covered the goop with aluminium foil while it was wet.

What happened here. Am curious as to whether or not you have removed tranny. Sounds like 3rd/4th gear shift fork bolt came out
