Re: Another Movie Sighting...

Heheh

Was watching old music videos on YouTube from when I was a kid, one band I really liked was a Canadian group called Harem Scarem. Their song "No Justice" was in my head so I looked up the video. And saw this white Terc Wagon twice.:

Re: Another Movie Sighting...

Liiiiittle off topic but my wife and I were watching Commando last week and while eyeballing the background for Terc wagons a 1976-1978 Celica showed up right in the middle of the frame.

Re: Tercel group photo

The one on the end, the far left, is the 700,000 car yes David. Also I think I owe you an email, sorry about that. I think it had something to do with maintenance schedules didn't it?

Re: Tercel group photo

Hehe thanks on his behalf guys. Light blue one on the end is the daily driver, the center one is the Texas Terc (which was supposed to replace said daily driver, which doesn't appear to age in the conventional sense of the word. So there's two around instead of one being replaced. The green 'Slimer'...

Tercel group photo

Hi all, Just wanted to post a pic my dad took the other day of his current crop of Tercels. Mine's not in it, so there's only 3, but 3 is better than none or 1  http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/690/ezu6.jpg http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/59/pf7c.jpg http://imagizer.i...

Re: Intermittent Wipers..

Now that my car is a daily driver again (moved to a house from an apt and have to drive to bus terminal each morning instead of getting bus outside apt) this is a little more tempting ..

Re: Shots of Dad's Tercel

Hey Arch, he has the lights/wipers control stalk out of a 1st edition 4 Runner so he could have adjustable delay wipers and the switch is for his fog lights.

Re: Shots of Dad's Tercel

Hehehe the logo swap was some level of retro on retro huh? ;)

Yeah I see where I got the good care from. He is going to retire the Terc, to exchange it for the Texas Tercel this summer is the plan. Will update that plan as it happens!

Re: 15" Protege wheels on Dad's Terc

It's just time to move on since there's a southern US rust free Tercel 4WD sitting in the garage doing nothing. I was 12 when he got the thing so trust me, I feel the sentimental part :) On the plus side he's not cutting it up for parts like sooooo many "weekend tercels" over the years, th...

Re: 15" Protege wheels on Dad's Terc

This is the 700,000 car yes. The tires are 195-60 -15s. The wheels, I think, are from a 2002 Protege. And the car is going to be a plow, he's going to use the Texas Tercel (tm 8) ) for his daily driver starting in the spring.
