Two Row Radiator
Does anybody know where I can source a two row radiator? Everywhere I look only has single row? Obviously, a good price would be nice as well.

Re: 4AC Swap question
Just a typo. I meant inch pounds, or about 4 foot pounds. Sounds like even this might be too much?

Re: 4AC Swap question
Alright, got the correct pickup installed. I re-used the rubber oil pan gasket from the rebuild kit and added some more gasket sealer, then torqued all the bolts to 48 foot pounds. After reading around, it sounds like this torque spec might be too high. Do I need to loosen things up a bit, or should...

Re: WANTED: 3AC Oil Pickup
From what I can tell it blew either because Jiffy Lube forgot to put oil in it, or the oil had not been changed in so long, changing it knocked a bunch of crud loose which blocked oil passages? Little old lady who was presumably the only owner took lots of short trips in 25 years to only get 61k mi...

WANTED: 3AC Oil Pickup
So I'm 95% sure that in rebuilding my 4AC the oil pickup for the 4AC was used. And now, I can't seem to find the pickup from the 3AC. This is the only thing holding me back from finishing my rebuild. Does anyone have an extra oil pickup from their 3AC laying around, or a scrap motor they can pull fr...

4AC Swap question
I am getting ready to install a freshly rebuilt 4AC into my new Tercel. Initially when I was reading through some other swap threads it sounded like all that needed to be swapped over were the oil pan and external parts. Now, going back through some topics I see it mentioned that the oil pickup shou...

Re: front bumper removal
Thanks for the help guys. I was missing the two 14mm bolts facing the front. I never even thought to look on the front of the car and had been looking at it from underneath, behind, on top, etc. Slid right off after removing those two bolts.

Re: front bumper removal
So, I just CANNOT get my front bumper off. I have removed the 4 bolts to the frame, the 2 bolts to the fender on each side, and the bumper cover bolts to the cross brace. It just wont budge. Is it possible I am missing a bolt somewhere, or maybe it is just stuck.rusted on there? I wouldn't think rus...

Re: Help Name This Part
It actually came off of my 3AC, so someone must have just put the wrong one on at one point. I definitely have a new oil pressure sender on the new 4AC, so it looks like I am in good shape on that front --- no missing senders.

Help Name This Part
Just finishing up my 4AC rebuild project and I noticed this sensor in my parts box. I ordered all new sensors to install, but none looked like this and now I can't recall where I removed it from. Do you guys recognize this? Want to make sure I'm not overlooking something and leaving a sensor off.

Re: Brake Up-grades MR2 Parts Vented Rotors Corolla Spacer F
Running into another issue with this swap. As I said, I have new (reman) '85 MR2 calipers and new '92 Tercel rotors. I also got a set of spacers from SynthDesign. The problem is, with everything installed the rotors rub on the inner set of brake pads. At first, I thought the rotors might be warped a...

Re: Brake Up-grades MR2 Parts Vented Rotors Corolla Spacer F
The parts stores have them in various metric sizes and thread pitches, but I just can't find the specs for them. Right now there aren't any MR2's at my local yards or I'd just pull some.

Re: Brake Up-grades MR2 Parts Vented Rotors Corolla Spacer F
Another question. I ordered all of the parts new (calipers, rotors, etc.), so I did not have a parts car to grab the banjo bolts from. I can't seem to find them through any parts suppliers except Toyota, and can't find the size anywhere to buy some universal ones. Does anyone know the size of the bo...

Re: Brake Up-grades MR2 Parts Vented Rotors Corolla Spacer F
So, probably a stupid question, but is there any reason I can't do this upgrade in two parts. First do the calipers, rotors, spacer, and lines. Then later do the bake booster and master cylinder?
