Mattel, could you help me by giving me some insights on the tricks on removing the sunroof and easing "congestion" in the drain pipes. I might have to take off the sunroof for some rust repairs. Any help would be great. Thanks.

This 85 is now saved from the wreckers. Surprisingly, it is in pretty good condition - despite the surface rust. Original owner with records and it worked out great.

Found these rubber mounts for my Tercel Air filter housing. It fits pretty good. Before I had used stacks of rubber washers and it just looked ugly. I recently had the same situation. It sounds like you need to check your fuel pump. Look at the fuel filter and see if there is any fuel movement (assuming the fuel filter is the clear type). Did most Tercel's originally have the VIN numbers engraved on all the windows? I just noticed that on my 1983 Tercel, it has the numbers still engraved on every window.

$14,900 asking on ebay for this low mileage Tercel.....but it's automatic. That is unbelievable, but it's good to know that the prices are going up on these cars.
