Re: Blacktop 20v 4AGE In my Wagon
Great build! I bet that there are many interested among us to ask questions from you. That video was a very good proof that 4AGE swap can be done. My first question is, how the spark system works together with carbs? I see no distributor like in older 4AGE engines. Or is it fuel injected? The setup...

Re: Turbo 4age tercel
This might be a big issue or not. Could you swap spark plugs between cylinders 3 & 4 and injectors between cylinders 2 & 3? Then you could retest if the very same repeats or not in cylinder 3. this is a fairly big issue. parts within the ecu should not be burning out. i tried swapping injec...

Re: 1987 Tercel 4wd project
Year 2023 is completed and 2024 is about to start. I managed to found front wind deflectors to BEA. I will see how they work out next summer. I will put some side decals to BEA and continue tidying small details in both BEA & BHP during 2024. I have managed to buy many different US & Europea...

Re: Lady ran a red turn signal. What to do now
I am sorry to hear of your Tercel crash. It makes sense to keep your car as spares and get a compensation for it. Here is a link of recently sold Tercel in bring a trailer: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1986-toyota-tercel/ You can find more available data there on latest Tercel sales. I think th...

Re: Wheels Tires and Gear Ratios
This is interesting piece of information. It is surprising that bigger wheels have that big influence on fuel economy.
But it kind of makes sense at the same time because gear ratios are optimized for smaller wheel diameters and for lighter wheels.

Re: Distributor rebuild
Now you have basically cleared the toughest part. Test before assembling distributor further that new bearing has no noises or too big play. If it does, unfortunately it is time for new bearing + oil seal rebuild. If everthing is ok, you can put back together vacuum advance + pickup poil plate. Fast...
