Mid-winter update: I drove around in some low-to-mid-30s (*F) temperatures in the Tercel over the last few weeks. The Redline MT-90 still feels great with no grinding in any gear and smooth operation despite the cooler temps. That's great news! I put MT-90 in my DD and not 30 miles later the water ...

Fill and drain plugs are 24mm. The 19mm bolt, bottom rear of tranny gets backed out 8 full turns when draining or filling. Type of gear oil is a huge debate...I'm running a cheapo 80w-90 gl5 in one car and it is a little sticky here and there. In my DD, I'm running Redline MT-90 and it feels amazing...

The speedo cable clip on the back of the cluster has two securing points. One side is a push and the other side is a pull. When you get them right, it comes right off.

Inners are the same on all 4wds. I have both power steering and non power steering cars and used the same inners on both.
