I now have the nuts off the #4 bearing. How do I get it off???? It's like it's welded on there and I am afraid to get rough with a hammer or pry bar.

you should order a gasket ASAP, few repair shops stock them for a car this old, and it may take a few days to come in. This way it will be ready for you when you need it. Yes, every other bolt has required a 2 ft cheater pipe to break loose. The pan bolt I took off was easy with just my ratchet.
