If it hasn't been mentioned already, you can use the rear shocks for a 1980 Thunderbird, press out the bottom bushing, and swap in the Tercel stock bushing.

Is your car A/C equipped? I think the part you're talking about ais the A/C actuator. Look at page AC-17 in the FSM. Glad to hear its better, but will it happen again? Is there a problem with your ignition switch that will not allow it to turn off fully, or you just forgot to do so? I forget my lights turned on a lot. I want to add a buzzer or something.
