Re: Improve fuel economy with foils attached to car
It'd be interesting to see results from a long term test... A lot of the time these sorts of things "show results" because the people testing them unconsciously change their driving habits in the short term to try to save fuel. I can do that by myself without silly stick on bumps, all I ha...

Re: path finder/ cherokee springs?
Shouldn't be an issue, the AE86 guys do it all the time in the opposite direction. Techno Toy Tuning sells an adjustable 4 link kit that should bolt into the Tercel.

Re: Oh no! Did I break my ball joint?
No, you have it right. Because of the cone interface of the ball joint on the Tercel, you don't have to press them in. I'd have to look, but it's possible that by using the C-clamp you have damaged the ball joint (they aren't designed to take very much load in that direction). As for installing the ...

Re: utv wheels or beadlocks on tercel??
After a couple minutes I found some ITPs that have a 1000 lb load rating, which is the same as stock tires.

Re: fog light wiring - keep blowing fuses
Just to make sure, the fuse that is blowing is the one that supplies the lights (relay pin 30), not the switch? That can make a big difference in your hunt... All things being equal, you can wire fog/driving lights with 55 watt bulbs from the relay with quality 16 gauge without any trouble, no reaso...

I'm working on getting a quote. A friend of mine has hook ups, so I just have to wait for him to send the files to the laser cutter.

Laser cut 3A-C Intake/Header flange
Hey all,
I've taken the time to draw up the intake/exhaust manifold flange in CAD. I'm planning on having a couple made for my own projects, but if anyone is interested I can see how much it would cost to have multiples made. These would be laser cut from 3/8" thick steel plate.

I would seriously avoid any EBay HID headlights... There's a reason that Hella charges $550/light for HIDs, the quality of Chinese HIDs is absolutely frightening.

Rod Bearing notch Size
Hey all, I've got a bit of rod knock on start up so I'm gonna replace all of the bearings in the bottom end. On Rock Auto, Clevite rod bearings have a "2.95mm notch" and a "3.95" mm notch. Both show an application to the Tercel, so I would assume their either would work, but I wa...

Synth, Or perhaps we can get some from EMPI. they are the only Tercel4wd axles I could find on the internet that are new. Does anyone have any experience with the EMPI axles? Are they any good.
