Re: supra/celica wheels

I've been running my phone dials for about a year now, I absolutely love them! I just bolted mine straight up with no issues, they fit the oddness of the car forreal haha.

Re: Polyurethane front suspension components??

I've had the first ones in my car for about 2 years and they've held up perfectly fine. Seems to make it handle a little better too

How much for the incinometer or tiltometer, and the front "4wd" badge in the grill? Also, how do your front corner lights look?

Re: Carb leaking?

Mines always been like that also, I suspect its just the throttle shaft getting worn and I don't think theres much you can do for it other than replace it. Mines never been too much of an issue though, I would imagine if it got worse it might cause a vacuum leak and cause a little bit of issues thou...

Re: Great New product!

I always just run my standard 5/8 heater hose a little longer to make the curve not as tight so that it doesn't kink. Isn't as pretty, but it works good, and 5/8 hose is usually ready available and cheap. I actually look into the gates hose if mine becomes a problem though.

Re: Looking at a 4wd manual tercel with a blown tranny

Howdy howdy from a fellow Alabamian! I'm in the Talladega area myself, few minutes from the superspeedway actually. Just keep your eyes open, they pop up every now and again for pretty good prices. I sold one of mine to my buddy and hes thinking about getting rid of it soon. Needs a few things done ...

Re: Toying with an idea...

I wonder if it would bolt up to the transaxle?! I didn't even even about that bc I didn't even consider it working haha. The guy dropped the price to $75 for the whole swap, in thinking about picking it up just to have it. But if it would fit that would be great!! How would I go about doing some mea...

Toying with an idea...

So someone locally has a 5s-fe and tranny for sale for $100. It came out of a wrecked 92 celica with unknown miles. Don't flame me, like I said, I'm just toying with the idea haha. What I'm wondering is how hard would it be to completely swap in the motor and tranny into one of our cars? I know my c...

Re: What have you done to your wagon lately?

Heck yeah!! It'd be pretty cool if you could keep using an old wrench and just cut it in half and weld a turnbuckle in the middle so that it could still be adjustable haha.

Re: What have you done to your wagon lately?

Ok, that's good, makes me feel better about the overfilling, I'll just leave it be then haha. But the worn clutch thing scares me, I just replaced it last August when I rebuilt the engine, it was a new clutch, pressure plate and I had the old flywheel resurfaced at the machine shop. I consider mysel...

Re: car is killing batteries, no interior battery dummy light on

I would probably lean more towards the burned out charging bulb, just because you said that it doesn't come on anymore. If that light gets blown, then your alternator doesn't get "excited" and that means your alternator won't charge the battery at all. Next chance you get, check your batte...
