here is a nice looking white one in Vancourver WA, not far from you. Seem a bit on the high side, but may be worth it. Whenever I'm at an autoparts store looking for bits for Lenny, (an '87) I always tell them its an '86 because otherwise I get the wrong part half the time. Keeping the 2nd general tercel as a wagon into the 3rd get (sort of gen 2.5) really seems to mess up auto parts store clerks.

I was revving the car up to drive through a snowbank today, stopped, got out, and low and behold the fan was running again. The day that it wasn't working was very wet, so the terminals must have shorted out or something. I guess I no longer need the switch. :lol: Love it when the car fixes itself.

Not looking forward to spending $50 (what I was quoted at an auto parts store) on a part I could get off amazon for $10. I haven't pulled the fan switch out...

With tercel numbers dwindling, it would be a shame to see perhaps the last "new" tercel in existence just get used as a daily driver. I hope whoever buys it realizes that.

I would buy a dumpster juice green tercel, as long as it's not too rusty.

I would say $400 tops, being that its a fwd and an auto. All it has going for it is that low mileage. I bought Jenny with the equivalent of 115000 miles on it for $460 CAD. It has a head leak and needs a speedo cable, among other things, but its a 4wd 6 speed model.

Definitely buy it.
