Hey all,
For those looking for one of these in the junkyards, I found one with my 4a engine from an 85' Chevrolet Nova. They are mounted in a hose that runs right above the flywheel end of the engine, appears to be identical component.

Hey RNL,
I only need the surround on the passenger side and both marker lights. Paypal or MO or check, let me know when convenient. Thanks.

Re: 85 For parts in yard
Hey RNL,
Any guess to the price for the headlight surrounds and side lights. I don’t need harness, bulbs, etc., just the plastic housings. Here are a couple pics of mine, I think the sidelight on my car currently is for 2WD.

should I lighten the flywheel?
Hey Peter, As I undertake the 4ac swap, I see you have recommended lightening the flywheel some. From internet searches, it seems this is more common in "quick" cars for quicker revving, better response, etc. It seems the heavier flywheel is preferred for easier starts etc. during daily dr...

Hey Zach,
You tried your best to find it a good home. If most of us weren't so far away it would have gone quickly.

Hey Tom and Peter,
I signed up for autobidmaster.com to follow this car out of curiosity. I think with the free account you can bid up to $4000. I HAVE NOT LOOKED INTO THE ASSOCIATED FEES ETC., i am just using it to follow the car.

FarmerJack,
Would love some photos of the car. If it’s easier you can email them I believe, via the site. I’m needing an engine for my car and a body that’s in better shape down the road. Mine is a rust bucket, but I have made substantial repairs and hope to drive it for 4 or 5 more years.

Finally got an alignment!
Hey all, As most are probably aware, I’m chasing a JY 4ac engine as my motor has layed down on me. However, I finally got an alignment and my big tires/wheels all around. No blocks for the lift, just Pathfinder springs in the rear and a slightly heavier spring in the front. Went to a different mono-...

Re: FOR SALE Tercel 4 WD parts
Hey Larry,
Will the clutch and pressure plate work for a 4 ac engine as well (in my T4)? If so, I am interested.
