Re: Winch bumper Build

Looks like you did an awesome job man. I have seen a couple other custom winch bumpers built for these cars but your set up seems the best so far. You didn't seem to have missed any reinforcing points either.

Keep us posted on it's use so we can see how the mounts hold up under stress.

I really like the steering wheel...is it a stock T4WD steering wheel or a swap?

Re: 87 4wd parts or fixer upper in Farmington nm

Looks to be a decent looking rig. Has a sunroof too which is a nice option (with a good seal of course). As for the trans issue...I would say since the seller has already opened the price up with offers taken as well I would consider it for sure. Sitting 6 years with all that he listed to be done to...

'86 DLX T4WD in Eastern Washington...TURTCEL

The way I look at Craigslist is that there is always room for price negotiation.

No rust in Eastern Washington for those looking for a solid body++++++runner.

Re: Nice '84 DLX...TURTCEL

I would say it would be a little too much for a Terc to tow Terc as far as you would need it to go. Especially with the snow and I believe it would have to use a tow bar. A lot of strain on engine and brakes in my opinion. My question on this car is where is the clinometer? Thought it was an '84. Di...

Re: MR2 oil filter

I have heard of many people using different filters on different cars to up the capacity and filtering ability. As long as the thread pitch and o-ring match up they should work. I would avoid any filter that has an anti-drain back valve in them though. Seems to lower the oil pressure in our Tercs ju...

Re: 1988 4WD wagon Flagstaff $1800

Looks like more of a bleeder with that puddle under it. Pretty big wet spot in a dry climate.

There are common leaks on these cars that are fixed easily, then there are those leaks that aren't fixed that easily.

That was a profound statement...haha.
