I got a little more info on the wheel and tire sizes that are currently on the vehicle. All four wheels are 13". The two matching front tires are 155r13. Rear has a 180/70r13 and a 175/70r13. I'll have to double check the actual condition of the rubber/tread/sidewalls on those tires themselves,...
