Torque specs on clutch pressure plate on 1986 Toyota Tercel wagon sr5 and can I get a copy of the Manuel if anyone knows where to find one

I found someone with a engine but yes it’s a cracked head

So my head is cracked. I’m currently looking for a new head or prices of new engines. Do y’all know where I could get a new/used one

is there any tips and tricks you guys have for rebuilding my top half of my engine. am working on getting my 1986 Toyota tercel wagon sr5 4wd running again. and I found coolant in my oil which would mean bad head gasket. so, any tips would help.
