Are you looking for a drive shaft...

... or just the part numbers?
A complete after market drive shaft can be purchased but Toyota sold the sections separately, so each section and the carrier bearing have their own part number.

For Sale - Rear Hatch (Lift) Window With Defroster - From 1985 Tercel 4WD SR5 Wagon
For Sale - Rear Hatch (Lift) Window With Defroster - From 1985 Tercel 4WD SR5 Wagon The window and rubber gasket appear to be in good condition but it is unclear if the defroster works, since a digital meter could not establish continuity between the contacts. It has been off-vehicle, since 1995, an...

Whitney is going to be scrap. Passenger side is mangled with major alignment issues on the crossmember. If someone wants to save this Tercel, parts are available. Here are some parts that I have: ~ RightFenderOutside.jpg ~ Hood_Latch_Prop_Support.jpg ~ Front_Center_Bracket.jpg ~ FrontCrossMemberFro...

Re: Tommy’s Turdcel
we need a heater core. Sorry, no part number. However, I do have a heater core from a 1985 4WD SR5 wagon that had < 52,000 miles. It has been off vehicle and box-stored since 1995. Located in eastern Pennsylvania. ~ Heater_Core_In_Duct.jpg ~ Nice work with the restore, by the way. :) Cheers.

Re: OEM steel wheels paint color
86 wagon's steel wheels originally white. know original paint code? That's an interesting question, considering the body paint code is easily found. When I had my 1985 wagon repainted, a Mercedes white color was found to be the closest "eyeball' match (apparently the paint shop could not find ...

Re: Gambler SR5 - Introduction & mystery part
If not, are the strut housings available anywhere? I couldn't find them on RockAuto. I have this set of struts from my 1985 SR5. I attempted to change the cartridges but was not strong enough to get the retaining nut off. Since I have since sold my Tercel, I have these available, for someone with t...

Re: Looking to buy a 4WD in good working condition
1) This car looks like it's in amazing shape, but it's pretty pricey (also far away). What do you folks think? https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/pts/d/hesperia-1984-toyota-tercel-wagon-dr/7350740622.html That 1984 is in amazing condition. For price comparison, here are some window stickers from a...

Re: Looking to buy a front sway bar
I'd like to find another sway bar to get my tercel back on the road. I was hoping that someone with a usable sway bar would have replied to you. I have a sway bar from a 1985 Tercel 4WD wagon. However, it was removed from my Tercel because it was deemed unsafe. As such, I am reluctant to sell it to...

Re: CV Axel Blowout
Only thing I need to do now is figure out how to identify rear end ratios. From what I learned from other forum members, the 1983 and 1984 4WD wagons had the 3.73 ratio - 1985 and later had the 4.11 ratio (of course, unless someone else swapped them along the way). I really don't know anything more...

I'm not real clear on what you are needing, though. There are lots of folks on the west coast who might have somet...

Re: 1986 4WD SR5, Two owner, new-to-me Tercel
Cheers for you! \O/ Tercel 4WDs are awesome little beasts. As for your questions: There are no grease fittings for the rear drive shaft. My 1985 had 254,000 miles on the original drive shaft and it is still running quiet. The last oil that I used was Castrol GTX High Mileage 10W-40 Synthetic-Blend, ...

Re: Reason for coolant line bursting, not circulating, missing fan?
We replaced the hose, refilled with coolant and it's still overheating. I have a new thermostat for it but have not replaced it yet. After re-reading your first post, there are several possible causes for the overheating - some you mentioned. The radiator looks "new." So, assuming it is n...

Re: Reason for coolant line bursting, not circulating, missing fan?
Very similar, slightly smaller fan for A/C as well. Quite possibly. I do not recall my 1985 SR5 having a fan for the A/C nor was there a fan with the A/C system from another 1985 that I sold to Seth. Maybe I just cannot remember, correctly. :? It makes sense for the A/C to have a fan, though. Too b...

Re: Reason for coolant line bursting, not circulating, missing fan?
I looked and that fan is definitely still there. I thought there was another smaller one that was visible. Maybe its purpose was to cool something else. I cannot see that one anywhere now. I kept my 1985 4WD SR5 stock - there were no other fans of any kind in the engine compartment, besides the rad...
