Yeah on my first rig years ago my gas guage did that only read when it's near empty thing and it drove me crazy. My new rig seems to be doing ok but I have just figured out another part I'm gonna scrounge off my parts car before I trash it.

yup I have the window avail. I did need the radiator but the dang thing on this one is shot too! That really cut the value I thought I was geting out of purchasing a parts car, never mind that the battery was also a dead beat! Door parts are all there and in pretty good shape too.
