Re: 1987 t4wd DX in Vermont
Thanks! We actually just showed it to some young guy locally. We had high hopes, but he wants a winter beater. Maybe he'll come back, but I think he's going to go buy a forester. If you know people please do send them our way. We had a good amount of interest early on, but all the leads petered out ...

I can't really take credit for the welding, that was my wife. I just blow holes in things with the mig. I was on metal fab duty that day.

1987 t4wd DX in Vermont
Hello Terclers, My wife and I are selling the little red wagon. It has spend too much time sitting, and not being appreciated. We really enjoyed working on it, and would love for an enthusiast to swoop in and grab it. Our timing is poor, there a new travel restrictions and bans on gathering in VT to...

'84 (DLX?) Cali Car with issues for $500
on ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/174197583297 Some strange stuff but lots of good parts in the very least. Even some tan plaid sr5 seats up front, which look very out of place! Looks like a dead cylinder, trans issues, 4wd issues, and a front end that looks like it was banged back together after a ...

2 sprinter carib 4wd wagon at duncan imports
More modern and "advanced" than the cars we love, but all the same. Neat cars, low miles, Jdm import through a reputable importer. All for pretty significant dollars. Anyone know any mail delivery people in snowy areas? Might be just the thing they need! 1991 4wd Automatic, 79k miles-$8,99...

Decent shape-ish. I see some rust poking out. No interior photos. As a fellow Vermonter, I hope it has been thoroughly fluid filmed. Miles, IMO, are too high for that price and condition.

door molding reinstallation help (molding tape?)
I have a few plastic trim pieces nearly falling off or loose. Will molding tape work to put these back on. I ask because I have never seen molding with the foamy padding (sound dampening?) stuff integrated into the plastic, and it doesnt seem to take to molding tape very well. Do you just run tape d...

I think the owner also has no idea he has a factory mounted winch integrated into his bumper. At least if it were me, that would for sure be a highlight if I were selling it. License plate flips up! Re: tt4wd runs to cool
I am finding on rockauto and elsewhere, that *most* of the T-stats with good springs share the part# that my yota dealership gave me- 9091603046. I havent seen any bad units with this number.

Re: tt4wd runs to cool
rockauto now has both aisin and gates https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1145466&cc=1279290&jsn=384 with more substantial spring. Toyota genuine parts looks better if thats worth anything, and looks substantial. I can get this at the local stealership, for within a dollor or two of ...

Anyone have luck with Walker cats or others on rock auto? We are looking at *potentially* a full exhaust rebuild. Chance the cat is good. Its coming out anyways, so it can be tested, but as a contingency just wondering what others have done.
Cheers and thanks,
-Will
