Re: 1986 sr5 on bring a trailer

I was going to bid and was willing to go to about $8k CAD because it's relatively close and was the same color as the one I wrecked, but wow that's insane, especially compared to https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1983- ... sr5-4wd-5/ that went for less in better shape!

Re: 3800$ Tercel Wagon

Those last two are actually in the states, looks like that 'theparking' website scraped them off of craigslist

Re: Hello From Calahoo!

I've done some work to the white wagon, hopefully before I did some damage however. I thought it was running a little warm on the way home the day I bought it, turns out I was right. It had some, but not much coolant in it, and it was probably about 3/4 of the way up the temperature gauge (but below...

Re: Hello From Calahoo!

Nice, some say in Facebook group that 5 Tercels is an optimal amount to own and you are a half Tercel above it. So I hope that you are enjoying your wagons well. Well I'm always on the lookout for more, but a minimum of 5 is a good number I think, so long as one is drivable. It's been a while since...

Re: Hello From Calahoo!

Interesting points on the sunroof, sounds like it'd be easier to cut out the whole section as weld it back into another roof rather than fiddle with cutting, shaping, and mounting it to something never designed for it. I bet all it needs is power, but I've never actually looked at it

Re: Looking to buy a Tercel

Seems in this country you're looking for a needle in a haystack, pretty much anything you'll find is rusted beyond hope. I think it was by you that I had seen one for sale last year that was good, but unless by travel you mean to the states, you might be looking for a while. I recommend joining some...

Re: Hello From Calahoo!

My friends neighbor has a 4wd manual that they pulled out of some bush Was thinking maybe a case of beer and a couple bucks might get it into my possession So $200 got it in my possession. Re: Hello From Calahoo!

And I noted that your "half" Tercel does have a sunroof. Please don't throw those sunroof parts away since they are getting hard to find. Definitely not going to, I've been wondering how hard it would be to transplant to another vehicle because that sunroof is fully functional. I'm taking...

Re: Hello From Calahoo!

Great pics and story. How bad is the brown Tercel? Unfortunately all of the wagons except for the silver one are pretty far gone in terms of rust. The silver one is really the only one worth putting effort into, and even if I just wanted to drive one of the other ones for fun they would be quite a ...

Re: Hello From Calahoo!

Well it's been a while since I've made any posts here, but there has been a decent amount that's happened in the last few years... May 2020: Fellow forum member LeeBiew found himself in a situation needing to let go of both of his wagons, rather quickly at the time, and I was lucky enough and able t...

Did you ask him directly? I actually happen to be the proud new owner of both of LeeBiews tercs as of earlier this year so I could probably confirm what are on it!

Found this on Facebook marketplace. I browse Tercel-mazon often enough, but don't ever post. Thought I'd do my part!

Re: WTB - Looking for a Tercel!

Wow, not many people on here from this area, I too am just outside Edmonton! I've been there, looking for a rust free specimen. Hard to find around here. But I have also fairly recently acquired not one, but TWO wagons, that used to belong to member LeeBiew. That's in addition to the 1.5 wagons I al...
