thnaks guys i believe it is the diff but it does not go in reverse too so i have to swap out for the six speed hopefully that trans is good but i need a rear diff to match 85 and up if anyone has one let me know

Hey everyone i just bought a tercel 1983 the engine is a 4A but i didnt get to drive it :( he said the tranny was blown and diff was blown. we moved a couple feet and it goes klunk. but he is giving me a 6 speed he says is good i dont know if it is i am hoping since there is no rebuild kits for it i ...
