Still cranks over?

All I can say is that this is a testament to Toyota that this poor abused engine will still attempt to turn over after being overreved to oblivion. Glad to hear you plan on breathing new life into your new rig. I'm quite new to this site and have found these guys to be very helpful and informative, ...

lock your doors

There just might be an army of Swedish auto designers slowly snowshoeing their way to your door to bonk you on the head for treating their babies this way. Sure looks like fun, though. I guess Volvos really are bulletproof.

Just gettin' started..

Thanks guys (or gals, I better cover my bases), it's nice to find like-minded people. I'm looking forward to the next T4wd outing in this area.

Cheers,

Micah

Hang on, Newbie at the wheel.

Hi all, Just wanted to let you all see my little silver Mountain Goat. This Terc actually works for it's living, hauling me-n-the mutt out to places where the mud wants to suck the boots off of your feet. Really impressive little monster, but I understand why one of you put "..just don't stop.....

Looking for a passenger side front window.

Hi, I'm interested in the front passenger side window, and am more than happy to remove it if needed. This will be the third window removal/replacement for me on these cars, so now it's a cinch. Please let me know. I'm real near Wilsonville, and am free all weekend. Thanks, Micah (503)317-2441 codyp...

Thanks to both, I'll be off to crawl under the dash now...

By the way, this is the second Terc4wd that I've found on the local Craigslist for $300, both needed less than $40 little tinkering parts to be just fine. Just a thought to others who may be looking for another one.

Difficulty in shifting into first

Hi all, This is my first post on this site, and I'm glad to be here. I never knew about these cars before my boss said how well they did in the snow. We now have an 86 SR5 which amazes me daily with getting in and out of the fields to repair other non-Toyota stuff that constantly breaks. It's Thanks...
