Re: any slammed, stanced, or lowered Tercel Wagons?
It was toed out too far with no more room for adjustment... I had to cut 1/4 inch or more off the ends of the after market inner and outer tie rods. All is fine now though, the alignment shop brought it back to spec!!

Re: any slammed, stanced, or lowered Tercel Wagons?
I remember talking to ollie on facebook when he posted some pictures of it on a page we follow. I glad you found your way on over to the forums ollie! I still haven't gotten around to lowering mine, I'm working on getting it aligned at the moment and am facing a good bit of problems with it.... I ...

Re: what's your SECOND fave car to work on?
+1 on the Volvos, my 1993 Volvo 940 is really easy to work on, took like a half a day to maybe a day to replace a blown head gasket with the engine still in the car and it was my first time ever working on a Volvo also. On the other side, my Mitsubishi 3000GT and Eclipse(when I had it), are terrible ...

Front Wheel Hub Needed
This is for a 1985 Toyota Tercel 4WD SR5 Wagon. I need the front drivers side wheel hub, just the part that has the wheel studs on it. If anyone has one of these used in decent shape that would great!! I'm located in Alabama, zip code is 36271, thanks!

Re: Roof Rack Opinions??
I know right?!? I looked at the lady and asked her if it was $100 or $1.00 at first because I honestly thought that I was looking at it wrong. I still can't find one exactly like mine either, so I'm just wondering now if mine is worth more or is rarer than all of the other ones I've seen.

Re: Roof Rack Opinions??
I found one similar to mine and its in worse condition than mine is also, but he's asking a pretty penny for his also, so yeah I'm definitely not going to chop mine up, I'm just going to leave it exactly how it is!

Re: Roof Rack Opinions??
Heck yeah dlb, and I didn't even think about the value side of it, and sure as heck didn't think that it would be worth that much honestly.
But yeah, knowing all of that I think I'm going to leave it like it is just in case someone wants to buy it or trade something for it at a car meet or ...

Re: Roof Rack Opinions??
Yeah, i think im gonna ride around with it for a week or two and just get random peoples opinions. It has two hooks on each side that grabs right under the trim/rain guard things, and they just tighten up. I got it at a garage sale for $1.00 haha, the lady that sold it to me said it was originally ...

Roof Rack Opinions??
Should I lower the roof rack closer to the roof or leave it as it is? I personally think it'll look better lowered, but sometimes I like crazy things, let me know what y'all think.

Re: Lowering Questions
Alright Petros, I greatly appreciate all the advice and help! If everything goes as planned I'm replacing all the the shocks in 2 weeks, and I'll see how much better it handles and go from there. I've already replaced my tie rods(inner and outer) so I'm good there. I also need to replace my ...

Re: Lowering Questions
Honestly I have no idea haha, thats just the words that guy used on instagram. The only thing I can think of is the sleeves that the shocks go into on the front struts(if thats how the front struts work, I haven't checked into them that much yet)

Re: Lowering Questions
There's also a guy I've been talking to instagram that lowered his tercel and he said he cut his springs and changed the shocks and bottles and used the shorter front bottles from the 2 door version, said they were 2 inches shorter and made the ride alot more comfortable with the cut springs, his ...
