xirdneh,I bought,rebuilt and installed a carb about a year ago. Trouble is,it dies half the time wile idleing at a red-light.If I tap the gas-pedal it stops it from dieing...so I figure its an idle(jet?) or vacume leak. It did this with the old carb too...so mabey I transferd a bad part when I rebui...

Sometimes the oil-sending unit(Eng-Block,driver side)leaks and if so,its inexpencive and easy to replace.Hope you enjoy your new car!

I think My kit is original,and it includes:Scissor-lift jack,two~piece jack handle-lug-wrench/breaker-bar,large green-handled fl/h screwdriver,small usless tire-iron and a fabric case that snaps closed at one-end.

Im down San Diego way and I'd like to adventually get a group of Tercelnauts to go camping down below San Felipe,Baja. B) Im probably helping a friend this fall who's doing some pre-runn'in at the Baja 1000,So that'll be an opertune time to hang-out afterwards...drive too some of my old camping area...

Thanks Mootsman...Ive gotten as far as detaching them...but there dosnt seem to be enuff clearance to unscrew them from the linkage :unsure: I'll have to try again

Has anyone removed a door-handel from a door? After removing the two atachment bolts,disconecting(unscrewing)the linkage seems to be a real puzzle :unsure: ... ... !!!
