I do find it rather poetic that a country founded by people revolting against England because of taxation without representation and excessive taxation now pay an average of 50% taxes (income, state, sales, gas, cigarette, alcohol, etc). It seems that every year we erode away more and more of what t...

What is that greenish plastic knob on top of the heater hose, between the valve and the firewall? Tom M. That would be the connection for the Prestone cooling system flush kit that was installed by the owner before me. I never had a use for it, so it hasn't been undone for several years. Splatterdo...

Don't worry about the cold. Mine was the ONLY car to start out of 20 or so in the parking lot when the temps hit -40. I ended up jump starting several others and giving those we couldn't get running a ride home. I didn't get too many derogatory comments about my little rusty turtle after that!! ;) A...

Believe it or not, you'd almost double your stock bhp and fuel mileage..... Something like this one. Link clicky 98,000 ...

ps; i hate to disappoint anybody, i forgot to mention that my tercel isn't a 4wd, it's just a 2wd :-\ If you get the chance, grab a 4WD one as well. You won't be disappointed. I see you're in So Cal. The 4WD one will get you onto and off of just about any beach from Tijuana to Klamath Falls. If you...

Something to also think about is they have fans that go in a PCI slot for computers. If you got a couple of those and made some plastic surrounds for them, you could close one in each window. One bringing air in, one pulling air out. Either that or some of the standard muffin fans that are used in c...
