The price seems to be a little on the high side I would say. The car has some issues that unfortunately devalue even a nice example of one of these Tercs.

I just added a bottle of LUCAS Trans fix to my Terc since 3rd gear has been a little rough shifting into...we will see. Might be too thick but can be changed.

A resurface on your flywheel will be totally fine, unless you have major hot spots or cracks. New aftermarket parts are never as good as factory parts even if you have to rebuild or turn a factory part. Just my opinion.
