Hi and welcome to the forum. You may find someone here with the part you're looking for but the 4wd Tercel facebook group is far more active so you might have better luck asking for it on there.
This forum is still great for more in depth things like figuring out complex problems, documenting work ...

Re: High fuel consumption, overpressurized fuel tank tercel
That's interesting your car doesn't have a charcoal canister to capture fuel vapors from the gas tank. I removed the charcoal canister on a previous car and noticed a strong gasoline smell from the pipe that used to go to the canister. Eventually re-installed it because I couldn't stand the gas ...

Re: Need help diagnosing carb problem.
Easy way to check the AAP is suck on the hose that goes to it. If you get gas in your mouth, it's busted. Or you can use a vacuum gauge if you're not fond of the taste of gas.

Re: Need help diagnosing carb problem.
I wasn't able to watch the videos last night but just did now and I agree with Paul. The cycling shown in the video is likely due to a vacuum leak, and the missing vacuum lines also point to a vacuum leak.

Re: Need help diagnosing carb problem.
There are so many possibilities with such an array of inconsistent symptoms like that. Did you have a carb kit and replace all the parts that came in it? Could be a vacuum leak, could be a leaking AAP diaphragm, might not be related to the carb at all, especcially since the carb was working (mostly ...

Re: Brake
My first guess is you still have air in the lines and need to bleed all four brakes more. My second guess is your brake booster has a hole in it. Suck on the hose that goes to it and confirm that it holds vacuum like it's supposed to. If it doesn't hold vacuum you need to replace it.

Just a note, I moved fadebraham's post (and the subsequent posts) about their temp issues to a new thread here to keep things organized:

Re: Parts Availability?
The #1 thing is to check the gear oil level in the transmission. If it's low, it will kill the transmission in short order so make sure to address any trans leaks as they come up. These transmissions are specific to this generation of Tercel with very few replacement parts available for it so it's ...

The OP hasn't logged into this site since 2019, and the last time Chris talked to him in 2022 there had been no progress on it.

Re: OEM Rubber Inserts for Windshield Wiper Blades
Canadian Tire used to sell universal versions of those. I liked them because they made sense (the rubber wears out but the metal frame of the wiper rarely needs to be replaced) and were way cheaper. They stopped selling them a while back unfortunately but I guess I could look online for them. The ...

I'm not sure how to move your posts so I'll just answer them here but yeah, in the future you can start a new thread in the appropriate section of the forum.

Hi Fadebraham, welcome to the forum. Yes, while the forum is specifically for 4wd tercels there is a lot of overlap with the other 2nd gen tercels which are the 2wd wagons and the hatchbacks.

Re: Idk what this is
If you follow the wires you will see they go to the choke and fuel cut off solenoids. You need that for the carb to work properly. You can do a search on here for how to check the choke and solenoids because if they malfunction they can cause issues.

Re: Idk what this is
What are you talking about? The green plug, the fitting with nothing connected to it, or the wire that is spliced into another wire with a scotch connector?
