did you pull the trigger on this one ?? am i right that the '84s didn't have the high mounted stop lamp ?? i know my '86 has one, but my '85 didn't before I installed one out of a junkyard car.....of course, somebody else could have done the same thing.

yep, I've replaced a couple in my wagons......weedeaters LOVE picking up small gravels and slinging them at horrific speeds into various car windows. About a year ago, I went through 2 sets of Silverstars......something was blowing out the high beam. Found out it was a faulty alternator. Installed a new AZ unit, new headlights, and (knock on wood) all seems good so far !
