My dog usually rides in the back tied to the thing that holds the back of the seat...anyway...sometimes he rides with his head resting on the headrest of the pass seat...so it looks like he's a tall person with a doghead sitting there. I get some strange looks.

That is when he doesn't have his head out the back seat window.

The few times I let him sit in the front...he tried to drive.

Dogs just live for that ride....
Give a boy a gun-give a biatch a cell phone-and pretty soon you almost got yourself a police state.

Saint Hilaire, Minnesota.

Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia. Then Long Beach, California. Then Seattle, Washington. Then Aloha, Oregon. Now plunked myself out in the middle of nowhere!! :D

I've got three vehicles - a 1995 Dodge Neon, a 1981 Chevrolet 1/2 ton 4X4 pickup, and a 1986 Toyota Tercel. The Neon is the nicest out of the three, but the least capable in the snow. The truck is one of those rusty but trusty.

But it's got nothing on the Turtle. I would say that my little Terc has lost at least 200 pounds of weight due to rust. But I just can't see giving up on it as long as it runs. With P175/70R14 Cooper Weathermaster tires on it, I have never had even the slightest bit of trouble in all the snow and ice we get around here. I've already told the story of turning it around in a snow bank where I buried the headlights in snow and it pulled out like there was dry road under it. I've also had absolutely no problem with a solid sheet of glare ice. Throw it in 4WD and away we go!!
1986 Tercel Wagon 4X4 SR5 (sold to splatterdog).
