Distributor rebuild

Now you have basically cleared the toughest part. Test before assembling distributor further that new bearing has no noises or too big play. If it does, unfortunately it is time for new bearing + oil seal rebuild.

If everthing is ok, you can put back together vacuum advance + pickup poil plate. Fasten them well with three screws.

Then remount ignition control module and distributor wires with five screws.

Then you can continue into distributor reluctor. Put it back and see that it won't touch pickup coil in any position. If it will, you need to readjust pickup coil from two torx screws. Reluctor should never touch pickup coil or it can cause damage while driving the car.

Then put back ignition coil and plastic covers of ignition module and ignition coil. Now you have fullly rebuilt distributor that needs only test driving.

Assemble distributor in exact same position prior to removal. Check also with light that you have now correct ignition timing or readjust your ignition to 10 degrees. Now you should be good to go. Good luck.

New 6002 bearing
Inner oil seal. Size 10mm (inner diameter) /20 (outer diameter)/5 (thickness)
Outer oil seal
Steel spring for distributor gear
