Hey guys! I'm looking for a 4WD drive tercel near me in Arizona so if any of you can help me find one it'd be really nice ! :)

Have you looked on craigslist and facebook marketplace? I usually find several on each when I look in the US on those platforms.

One on craigslist in Albuquerque and one on Craigslist in Taos. Look em up and call them. Very nice man is selling the one in Albuquerque.
