Re: We're back?
since the main page is a link to the forums, could I work on a photo to replace that as the main page link?

Re: We're back?
Sort of.
Imgfx was given the site by Neu, so Imgfx now owns the site and currently provides hosting.
I'm now more or less in charge of running the show on the forums themselves, we're working together for a better site!

Re: We're back?
got the front end apart last night! found one really bad ball joint, the metal sleeves on the ends of the sway bar need replacing, and the inner tie rods are suspect but i'm not certain about them. have to get jenn to hold the steering wheel while i tug hard on the tie rods, i guess.

Re: We're back?
I belive we all owe a HUGE thank you to all the people involved to get everything back up and running
imgfx for allowing someone in that has the time to maintain the site.
petros for posting an update and possible solution(and for being petros)
irowiki for stepping up and taking on the task
vienna "I know you play a large roll to"
All the admin team who discussed things behind the scenes together.
If I missed anybody thank you to you too.
Remember if weeding out all of the rif raf becomes too daunting of a task for the current moderation team I have time almost each day to help out.
My computer skills are limited but I'm sure I could moderate rather well with a little practice
AGAIN THANK YOU AND HIP HIP HOORAY we seem to be back in action.

Re: We're back!
Hi Members,
Just a short note to everyone to thank you all for being patient while the forum is rebuilt and V2.0 takes shape. There is still more work to be done and this will be ongoing for a bit.
The moderators are really thankful to Mike and Paul for volunteering their expertise and time hands dirty under the bonnet/hood of T4wd.com the old 3AC had done a lot of Kilometers/miles before it seized and the new owners have great fans to replace it with the forum equivalent of a 4age with Petros(TM) mods and Barto(TM) lift kit! We are hoping to continue with the idea of at least 2 admins as Petros mentioned. Please hang in there through our running in period!
In regards to advertising. I think there was an arrangement in place with Rock Auto Jesse? where he placed some ads every now and then? I have no issues with subtle advertising if it is economic.
