How do i get compound off of my bumper?!?!

You can see the drivers side of teh bumper is discolored. thats becaes my uncle thought it would be a good idea to scrb the shit out of it with compound.. ive tried water and many car washes. any ideas on how to get it out and bring my my zenki bumper??

Ok... For one... What kind of compound? Paint rubbing compound?
What is Zenki?

I scrub mine with 50/50 Simple Green periodically. Got McDonalds fryer grease out that nothing else would. Use a tire brush myself.

you know he might have. and yeah its paint compund. ill try simple green or maybe even the tire shine crap and if all else fails ill repaint it.
