Somebody mentioned trying to find the horn on the tercel, so as I was checking the oil today, I poked around in the front. I found it! it's under the left headlight (right side if you're looking at the front of the car) You can see it looking down right behind the headlight, or looking up underneath the car in the bumper area. It's really tiny. I'll post a picture soon of it.

Wait, if that's the horn, what's that big thing in the corner, under my hood?

*goes to check*

Okay, after trips to two audio/alarm shops, I've found the answer.

Apparently, I have a car alarm. It's from about 1988, and it's the oldest one anybody at any of the shops had ever seen. They honestly had no idea how to get it working again.

Give a boy a gun-give a biatch a cell phone-and pretty soon you almost got yourself a police state.
