I found it whilst surfing "tercel 4WD" tonight.
It has a good photo of a German bumper set, and particularly of the different front bumper. The photo is upside down, though.
There are three other Tercel packages available; I presume they are from a salvaged car.
It is possible someone may be interested in the bumper set and wish to contact the seller.

If I was going to have a bumper shipped from Europe, it would have to be the one with the fog and driving lights between the turn signals. I like those a lot. :)
