So Petros pointed this out and I gotta post it. Maybe it's so simple and that's why I missed it.
You'll need a dental pick or such and a thin needle nose pliers.
To remove the rear sprayer(most likely from the junk yard to replace your broken one) remove the round rubber seal which is attached to nozzle and touches the hatch, it can be pryed off like an o-ring using a dental pick. Squeeze the two tabs in and the nozzle slides out. Detached the rubber hose and re-install. The seal can be placed on the nozzle before installation because it just snaps on.
(Pics go here when my computer stops messing up)

Re: Removing the rear washer nozzle on the T4WD rear hatch
good info! i couldn't figure this out when we removed the hatch to paint ron. we wound up just cutting the wiper fluid hose and then splicing it back together afterward. worked fine but doing it the right way would obv be preferable.

Does anyone have pictures of this procedure? I need to replace mine and i cant seem to access the backside through the rear hatch, no access hole in the steel body pannel?

Re: Removing the rear washer nozzle on the T4WD rear hatch
no need to access behind it, it removes the outside. you remove the thick rubber gasket on the outside of the nozzle (hook under it and stretch it off over the top of the nozzle). ONe the gasket is out, that allows you to depress the two little tabs that hold it in place. all done from the outside. Not obvious, but once you figure it out you will see it is easy.
