Re: 85 won't start
I would remove top of air filter housing and drop a couple of tablespoons of gas down carb throat. Try starting. If it fires up and dies I would look at fuel supply stuff. If it does not fire at all look at ignition stuff
Love those Tercell 4x4 wagons but they sure suffer from road noise.
Re: 85 won't start
Must be a ignition problem
Poured fuel in the card didn't work
If I move the throttle I can see fuel squirt in the carb so it must be getting enough gas

Does it sound like it is turning over faster than usual?

Re: 85 won't start
It sounds normal when turning over
Everything appears good just won't fire up
Maybe I should try some starting fluid?

Re: 85 won't start
I know that won't fix the problem but maybe it will get it going and give me some ideas of if it runs good or not
Re: 85 won't start
I would try starting fluid first and if that did not work I would check the engine/ignition fuses/fuseable links/relays/ etc. After that, I would pull a couple of spark plug wires and check for a spark at each one. If I did not get a spark at the first wire I tried.
